Just incase we haven't been busy with our internal email servers, we have also had some performance problems with one of our windows hosting servers. Here is some notes from one of our tech's.
Although we have a couple final hardware components left to swap this morning to complete the process of ruling out a hardware problem, for contingency purposes we've also been preparing a new server during the course of this investigation, and that server is now ready to use. At this time we will either find and replace faulty hardware or move the server's accounts over to the newly-built server. Updates and changes to status will be posted here as soon as they are available.
I will try and post an update here as well. Just wanted to help spread the word in case your web site is on that server.
